Assignments are typically 13-weeks long, but can vary depending on the needs of the facility or the traveler. Extensions are also very common! You will also have the freedom to choose an assignment with your preferred schedule, shifts, and hours, giving you full control over your career.
Lucid Staffing will stay connected with you throughout your assignment, and there are a variety of scenarios that can happen. The client may wish to extend the assignment, and you’re welcome to stay or leave. Or, we can help you find a new facility and location to get you a change of scenery. You are also welcome to take time off in between assignments—that’s where you have total control over your career.
Yes, absolutely. You’re welcome to travel with your significant other and/or your four-legged bestie.
