The Director of Emergency Services will oversee two emergency departments operating under a shared license, supported by a combined staffing team that moves between both locations to maintain consistent coverage and patient flow. Responsibilities include strategic planning, staff development and succession planning, physician relationship management, quality and regulatory compliance oversight, budget development and financial stewardship, and collaboration with behavioral health, medical surgical, and other inpatient leadership teams.
