Respiratory Therapist - RRT, CRT, RC - Home Health - $32-$34/hr - Day

What You'll Need to Be Successful:

• Active respiratory credential: RRT, CRT, or RC
• High school diploma or GED equivalent
• Active licensure in your primary state of residence (as applicable to credential)
• Ability to participate in an every-other-week on-call rotation
• Comfort providing respiratory therapy and clinical support in patients' homes
• Willingness/ability to travel throughout an approximately 75-mile coverage area
• Ability to use a personal vehicle for work-related travel (mileage reimbursement provided)
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record (as applicable to the position)
• Ability to lift and transport patient equipment weighing at least 65 pounds

What You'll Be Doing:

• Conduct in-home patient assessments and provide ongoing respiratory support
• Educate patients and caregivers on safe, effective use of respiratory equipment
• Support patients using ventilators, non-invasive ventilation (NIV), oxygen therapy, and related devices
• Adjust ventilator settings based on patient needs and physician orders
• Monitor, troubleshoot, and help resolve issues with advanced respiratory equipment
• Maintain accurate documentation of patient visits, services, and follow-up
• Provide ongoing phone support and follow-up care as needed
• Participate in on-call rotation, responding to NIV callouts and occasional setups
• Collaborate with the broader clinical/operational team while working independently in the field
